eValue Survey Demo

eValue structure and design

eValue has a three level hierarchical structure starting with the articulation of your strategic objectives or goals, followed by the various operational drivers or key processes required to drive each of these strategies. Finally, each of the key processes are translated into the underlying critical success factors that are translated into the survey content. By way of example:

  1. Level 1: Strategic Objectives - you can define multiple organizational objectives such as 'Increase Sales’.

  2. Level 2: Key Processes - you then identify the key processes required to drive each of these Strategic Objectives, such as "Training", "Communications" and "Leadership".

Note that you are able to define the key processes under  broad sections or perspectives for ease of reporting. For example, a Strategic Objective to “Increase Sales’, might include a key process called 'Product Training’ which forms part of a broad section called "Internal Processes'.

  3. Level 3: Survey Statements – finally, you will populate each of the key processes with the individual critical success factors that appear in the survey questionnaire. For example, within 'Product Training', a survey statement might be expressed as ‘We deliver regular product training to our sales staff'.
