Demographics for Report Filtering

1. Define up to eight separate demographic groups such as Country, Region, Department and Gender etc.
    
2. Each group can contain unlimited individual demographics.
    
3. All survey reports can be filtered across any combination of demographics.
    
4. Individual Statement Categories can be presented to different demographic respondents.
    
5. Survey statements can be presented at different times (e.g. in a phased project survey).

1. Category Headers.
2. "Skip this Section".
3. Random or Manual Sort.

Survey Response Types, Scales and Scoring

1. Multiple response types (Agree/Disagree, Frequently/Seldom etc) across all survey statements.
    
2. Likert response scale (between 2 to 9 response types) with related percentage scoring.
    
3. All scores are aggregated across the survey responses, and are colour-coded for rapid identification, based either on the mean score and standard deviation across the overall results or on selected filtered results only. 
    
4. Target or Benchmark scores can be set up to measure ongoing performance improvement across subsequent surveys.
